Ragnarok Online should run on almost any modern PC.

Video Card	Any with 3D Acceleration & at least 16MB on-board RAM
Sound Card	DirectSound (or compatible with 3D Sound Effect Support)
Input Devices	Keyboard & Mouse
Internet Connection	56 kbps (or faster)
DirectX	8.1 (or newer)

It is also recommended to have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) installed. You can find the software here!

If you experience any technical issue and your computer meets these system requirements, we ask you to perform a Direct X Diagnostic so that we can see the exact specifications of your computer. This can be done by following these steps:

Power on the computer that has the error
Press "Windows key + R" (or click the Windows Start button, and select "Run...")
Input "Dxdiag" and click OK.
Once the DirectX program is done collecting the data, please click "Save All Information...", save the file to your Desktop.

Once you have done this, open the file and copy the information that is contained under the System Information heading and submit a ticket with this information. Hopefully we can diagnose the problem and get you back into the world of Ragnarok as soon as possible!
