My Character Can Not Move!

If the character cannot move or be accessed, please make sure the character is not sitting. You should attempt to sit down and stand back up and re-log on the character.

If that does not work or if the character disconnects from game, please Submit A Ticket with the following form completed:

Once this form has been received by the Warp Portal Support Team, the character will be reviewed and possibly moved or restored. Once completed, an e-mail will be sent in response.
