What if my credit card is declined?

The most common reasons for a failed authorization of a credit card include are (but not limited to):
  • Insufficient funds or holds on funds.
  • The billing address of the credit card must be verified.
  • Incorrect or mistyped Card Code.
  • Incorrect or mistyped expiration date.
  • Incorrect or mistyped credit card number.
If you received an error message due to above reasons, please re-verify your information. If you still find difficulty after inputting all correct information, then it means we cannot accept your payment with the information entered. Please consider different methods of payment that we offer, or contact your credit card company for further assistance.

NOTE: The card-issuing bank might hold funds for declined transactions until the bank is informed that the transaction is declined. The amount will be released back to the cardholder after the settlement.
