What Does It Mean if My Payment is Declined?

(disclaimer: please know that if it is your first time attempting to purchase WPE on a WarpPortal account, that this will only count as a “check.” Funds should not be removed from your selected payment method. This check may take 24 hours for completion)

If you receive an error message when attempting to purchase WarpPortal Energy (WPE), there may be several factors at work:

  • There was an issue with the first payment verification. If this were the case, an email would have been sent to the registered WP account’s email address. You will need to contact Support if this is the case.
  • There’s an issue with the method of payment. If this is the case, please contact the company used for your form of payment (credit card company, PayPal, etc.)
  • There’s a dispute with the purchase history of an account. If this is the case, you will need to contact Support and select “Payment” as the department to receive the ticket.
