Submitting a Ticket Through the Support Page

How Can I Create a Ticket?

You may submit a ticket by following these steps.

Click here to go to the Support page. Once there you can select the "Submit a Ticket" button.




From the drop-down menu, select the department related to the kind of issue you are experiencing. For example, if the issue is about a character on the account, select "Account-Related Issues."




Fill out all of the required fields of information on the following page. Some fields (marked with a red *) are required, but we do encourage submitting as much information as possible.




If you wish to submit a screen shot of the issue, click on the “Browse” button and locate the image file from your storage device (supported formats include jpeg, jpg, png).




After you have filled out all information and attached screen shots (if applicable) click send. You will receive an automatic confirmation Email to assure you that we have received your query. Please keep in mind we answer tickets in the order they are received, so there may be some delay in response time.

While you do not have to create or log in to a support account in order to submit a ticket, you may manage newly created tickets and review older inquiries with one. If you would like to create a Support account, this article will show you how.
