If you happen to have the misfortune of falling through the world or somehow getting stuck in the terrain, please Submit a Ticket with the following information so we may move you as soon as possible!

Another method of solving this falling issue can be done if you have a friend who can get to a nearby dungeon! 
  1. Form a party with your friend and make sure they have Leadership status.
  2. Have your friend enter a dungeon. This should force your character to be summoned to the dungeon and saved from the infinite falling!
If you happen to have a Butterfly Wing and it is off cooldown, it is possible to simply use the item to return to your save point!
