Recently, we've been receiving a lot of feedback that the ticket submission process can be confusing for our players. We are listening and we are attempting to make it much easier for you to acquire support.
You will notice changes when you first select a department to submit a ticket. Instead of a Ticket Type, you will now choose the game you wish to submit a ticket for.
Once a game is chosen, you can choose your ticket type on the next screen!
Our aim is to make the ticket submission process easy for our players. Remember you can always send us your feedback by submitting a ticket
