Starting as of March 1, 2020, all players who request customer support through our ticket systems will be required to register their support account, verify their email account, and login.
 
Kindly note, registered WP Email Account are not the same as the Ticket Support Account. Please do not attempt to login unless you are registered on the Support Ticket system. Players will need to register this separate account with the same WP Email ID to ensure proper verification process.
