Replying to tickets just got easier!
When you receive a response to your ticket from the GM Team, you will receive an e-mail.
You will now be able to reply to your tickets directly from your e-mail inbox, instead of having to log into the Support Tool!
Of course, you may still use the Support Tool if you like. We hope this change makes ticket correspondence flow much more smoothly!
