The E-mail Reply System is Back!

Replying to tickets just got easier! When you receive a response to your ticket from the GM Team, you will receive an e-mail.You will now be able to reply to your tickets directly from your e-mail inbox, instead of having to log into the Support Tool!Of course, you may still use the Support Tool if you like. We hope this change makes ticket correspondence flow much more smoothly!

[Ragnarok Online] The Mail System is Being Phased Out!

The Mail System is Being Phased Out! After several years of loyal service to the citizens of Ragnarok Online, the Mail system will be removed from the Chaos Renewal server. Mail will be able to retrieved from the Mail Annex on the second floor of the Eden Group until 4/16. After this date, all mail will cease to exist and restorations may not be performed for items lost in the mail. Please make sure to retrieve all your valuables from the Mail Annex on Chaos Renewal
