Issue with Ragnarok Transcendence registration

Hi, im an existing player for Ragnarok Chaos server. I couldn't register new account for RT. When i want try to register, there will be a pop up message as shown below. Anyone here kind enough to help me out? thanks. 
 
it is still under Beta testing server. so registrations are limited and exclusive to certain region. RfqKml February 17, 2020 at 7:09 AM

This error message will pop up if you try to create a game ID (in this case RT) from a region that currently being served by another service provider. To simplify it, if your place got an official Ragnarok Online Server than you're out of luck.
