Navigation and system logs do not work at all on the Dewata maps. Tried finding NPCs and Dewata in the Navigation window; nothing. The /navi command does nothing either. I even tried clicking on the highlighted locations in the Dewata guide NPC's dialogue and none of them activated the Navigation system. The Dewata field map is listed as "Unknown Area" if you use the /where command on there.
