Trouble with Tickets

Can't get anyone to answer my ticket. Haven't been able to log in over a year (had to take off due to increased hours at work because I'm an "essential worker") back when we had the "big sprite" problem followed by the characters missing from the character select screen. Fast forward about a year, sent a ticket in, and was told I need a new email address for each of my accounts. I created them. No answer since. Been waiting on this for 11 days now. I've contacted Mayari and just now, Campitor (still waiting for a reply). My accounts are found to be in good standing, and I am not in a blocked region. So how can I get a GM to look at my ticket?
