If it appears that the ports may not be fully connected. In order to resolve this issue, please first check to make sure that you have ports 20, 21, 80, 443, 4500, and 6900 open for outbound connections on all firewalls and routers in your network. Please note that Windows XP with Service Pack 2 has a built-in firewall that can be controlled and configured via the Control Panel.
