If, for any reason, an E-mail Address registered to an account may not be accessible or may require change, the Warp Portal Support Team may alter the registered E-mail Address to a newly provided E-mail Address. Please write in a ticket to our Support Team, as well as send us a fax to +1 (714) 736-3400. If you do not have access to a fax machine then you may use a e-fax service instead. Please note that we cannot accept screenshots/editted images. Please include the following information in your fax:

Government issued photo ID, Passport, etc. - Must be legible
Account Name:
Full Name:
Date of Birth:
Current E-mail address:
New E-mail address: (New emails should not be already linked to a WarpPortal account)

We ask for fax verification as way to verify the account ownership. Since changing the email address is a security issue for the access of the account, this is a required step to make sure the owner of the account is the one making this request.
Once the fax information has been verified, the team can proceed with the email change.
Forgotten Registered E-mail Address
At times, a user may not remember the E-mail Address registered to an account and when 4-5 possible E-mail Addresses cannot be provided, fax verification will be required for account ownership verification and if an email address change is requested at that point.
