Changing the Steam Game Account Password

Step 1: Log into the WP Account through warpportal.com For Steam users, this is the email address and password you used to register the WP game account with. A WarpPortal account was automatically created with that information. If you need to reset the WarpPortal password, please read this article about resetting password.

Select Account Information to see your game accounts.

Step 2: Select the Game Account [EDIT] feature for the Steam game account. If you have forgotten the game account username, contact Support for assistance.

Step 3: Edit the Game Account Password

Enter the current WP account password, then enter and Re-type the new password.

Please be sure that the password is only something that you would know, is remembered/secured safely, and is a strong password type.

Forgot the password? Recover It!

If you cannot remember the WP account's password, please follow these steps!

Step 1: Click on the *Forgot Your Game Password? link under the Edit Game Account:

Step 2: Fill in all of the information requested

Please be sure that the information you enter matches the information you used when originally registering the account.

It's for this reason that we highly recommend keeping a record of the info you used when registering, keeping this information safe and secure, and not sharing this information with anyone else! Entering incorrect information will result in the request being denied and you will have to contact Support for further assistance.

Step 3: Check the registered email

Once the form is filled out correctly, an email should be sent to the email registered to the WP account. Follow the link in that email & you'll be prompted to create a new password.
