[Payment] Multiple payments were made for the same item

If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase, please contact our Customer Support Team. Please include as much information possible about your purchase in the initial message. (GPA, Date/Time, Item Name, Purchase Cost, etc.)
 
If you are unable to find a purchased item, please restart your mobile device then login to the game and check again. If you are still unable to find the item, please contact Customer Support as shown below and include as much information possible about your purchase. (GPA #, Date/Time, Item Name, Purchase Cost, etc.)
 
1. Click on Customer Service on the opening menu.
 
 
2. Go to settings in the bottom right corner of your screen and then go to the personal tab. After which click on Customer Service to contact us.
 
 
3. Register an account with the Register button in the top right of the screen.
 
 
 
Click on Tickets and then Start Ticket. (You can see all of your current and past tickets on this page).
 
 
 Fill out the information to the best of your abilities and send in your ticket. 
 
 
4. If you cannot access the game for whatever reason and need to contact us, please do so with our Ticket Tool via our the ROO support website and then follow the above guide.
