Are subscription payments reoccurring?

All transactions are one-time transactions. We do not bill or charge automatically once a subscription ends. This also means that you do NOT need to send in requests of cancellation when you wish to discontinue using an account.

If at any time you wish to discontinue use of the WarpPortal account, or game accounts, please contact Support. We will not delete accounts, but we may consider the suspension of the account to prevent possible access by others. However please know that subscriptions that still have remaining days may not be refunded.
