Transaction Declined, but the Amount was Debited From my Credit Card.

Your financial institution may be holding the funds because your they received a signal from Gravity regarding fund verification. However, since Gravity has declined the transaction, your bank will release the fund back to you after the settlement. The
settlement takes about 1 to 2 business days within the US and up to 10 business days outside of the US. You will not be charged for the declined transactions.

If you see the amount still showing as a debit after the settlement, please send us a ticket at WarpPortal Support before contacting your financial institution.

Please be aware the holding of funds is governed by your credit card issuing bank, not by Gravity Interactive, Inc.
