Currently, no more than four payments from the same PayPal account may be made in a day. The max amount of game points that you may have on one game account at any one time is 10,000.

If you attempt to make more than four payments in a day the account will not be able to make any further payments for 10 days and if you have 10,000 or more points on your account you will be unable to make any other point purchases (once some points are used you will be able to make purchases as normal).

PAYPAL Block State Limitation: If a user purchases points or packages using the same PayPal account too many times in a short period of time, a block may be placed on these accounts for up to 10 days. If you contact the payment department regarding this issue, it may be released sooner. To do this, submit a ticket to Support and select "Payment" for the department. Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible about this incident.
