Redeem Coupons for WP Energy or Item Mall Points

If you have recieved a coupon code (through a third party like PlaySpan, in a WP newsletter, etc.), there are two ways to redeem it:
  1. Redeeming a WPE Coupon Code
  2. Redeeming an IM point Coupon Code
Each method requires a little different approach.
 
If you received a coupon for an item redeemable in Ragnarok Online, please follow the instructions here:


Redeeming a WPE Coupon Code


Step 1: Log into the WP account




Step 2: Select Power-UP from the Account Management options




Step 3: Select the [Redeem WP Coupons] tab




Step 4: Enter the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) you recieved



This will add the WPE amount that the code is valid for. If there's an issue in this process, please contact Support for more help!

Redeeming an IM point Coupon Code


Step 1: Log into the WP account




Step 2: Select Power-UP from the Account Management options




Step 3: Select the game account ID you would like to Use the Coupon for
(if the coupon is for a specific game title, it will not work for a different game)




Step 4: Select the ["Game" Coupon] tab




Step 5: Enter the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) you recieved



This will add the WPE amount that the code is valid for. If there's an issue in this process, please contact Support for more help!
