If you believe a player is in violation of one of the Rules or Policies, then we ask that you do your best to take a screen shot of that player in action, to show with as much detail as possible the actions they are doing.

Then to report the player you can Submit a Ticket and our support team will attend to the report as quickly as possible. Please provide as much information as possible. Such info may include:

Character Name: (of offending player)
Offenses: (ill mannered, language, illegal third party program use, etc.)
Date/Time of Incident:
Screenshots: (where possible)

We want to know about any violation of the Rules & Policies, and appreciate the efforts our community takes to help us keep our games fair and fun.
