I mailed an item to the wrong character name.

If you sent an item by mail but entered the wrong character name by mistake, you must contact the receiving player for its return. Unfortunately, the Support Team cannot force the return of an item under these conditions.


COD-Mails
- If the mail has not been checked, it is returned to the sender after 3 days
- If the mail has been checked, the receiver gets another 3 days to pick up the attachment, if this period is over it is returned to the sender

Non-COD-Mails
- If the mail has not been checked, it is returned to the sender after 30 days
- If the mail has been checked the 30 days period is cancelled, the receiver gets another 3 days to pick up the attachment, if this period is over it is returned to the sender

After trying to contact the receiving user without a response and/or you believe that the receiving user is no longer active, we can investigate this issue for a possible return. Please submit a ticket and provide the following information.

Character name:
Server name (If applicable):
Item name:
Date and time sent:
Name of character sent to:

Once this has been received, a representative will review the request for a possible approval.
