Screen Shots are blank, white, or black and do not capture the image

If the desktop display color depth is set lower than the Requiem client (in-game settings) color depth then your screen shot images may appear blank, all black, or all white.
This may be fixed by changing the either the in-game setting or the display setting.

In the Control Panel > Display > Advanced settings on the Monitor tab you may find the Colors (color depth) drop down menu setting to change it to a higher value than the Requiem client. 

Or, in-game, from the Options > Game Settings > Video tab you may find the Color Format (color depth) drop down setting to change it to a lower value than the desktop display.
