How can I change my email address?

 
For security reasons we require that email changes be done with the support of support team. If you want to change the registered email on your ROSE Online game account then please Submit a Ticket with the following information.
  
Your Name: 
Warp Portal Email Address: (if you don't have one yet, you will need to create one)
Account ID:
Character Name(s)/Approximate Level:
Date of Birth:
Address:
Original Email Address: (provide 4-5 guesses if needed)
  
Once this information is verified to the account, we may process your request for the email change to account.

If we are unable to verify this information to the account, we will not be able to process your request. This is to help protect the security of accounts for our users.
