What do I do if my Item Mall points have not been updated?

Please understand that Item Mall points may take some time before they are applied to the account.  During this time the Item Mall points purchase may be in the process of verification. If the appropriate points have not been added to the account within 24 hours, please Submit a Ticket to Payment & Billing Support for further assistance.
