When creating a WarpPortal account or game account, please know that if you see a suspension notice immediately after, there may be a number of factors at work. This message may not mean that we actively located and suspended the account. It may be that:

• a dispute with other online services led to this suspension
• You are connecting from a location that is under a region block
• The location's method of connecting (via proxy, etc.) may be causing an issue in registration

In any case, if the account is immediately suspended on creation, please review this article and contact Support with the necessary information.
