Ever send a ticket and get no response? Send another ticket about that ticket and still nothing? Rage rising? It may be that the email used for the WarpPotal or Support pages is blocking our messages!
When submitting tickets through the Support page, our responses can be viewed two ways:
- Logging into the Support page account and looking up the ticket for responses and
- Checking the email address you provided in the ticket for responses
(Please note though, that you cannot reply to tickets using email - only your direct replies to the ticket will be seen!)
One issue users may experience is not receiving our replies through their email. If this happens it may be that the email provider is flagging these messages as spam. In order to ensure that your email is configured to get our responses, please take the following steps for the provider that you use!
MSN/Hotmail

Gmail
Gmail does not use an "active" spam filter, but instead filters e-mails dependent on your actions. It will only filter e-mails as spam if you choose to mark them as spam.
The best course of action would be first to use the search feature and look for e-mails from
@warpportal.com. If you are getting these in the inbox, you should not need to make any changes. However if you find some have been moved to your spam box follow these steps:
Open the e-mail from Warp Portal that has been sent to your Spam box.
Scroll to the bottom of the e-mail and click on the Not Spam button.
That's it! You are now set up to receive all official Warp Portal e-mails!
Yahoo

- Choose "ends with".
- In the blank field to the right enter @warpportal.com
- Select the drop down in the Move the message to: section near the bottom.
- Choose Inbox.
- Click on the Add Filter button in the lower left.
That's it! You are now set up to receive all official Warp Portal e-mails!
AOL
At this time we have no official mean for configuring AOL email to receive our messages properly. However if you contact AOL about this issue, they should be able to assist you!
Internet Service Provider (ISP)
If you use your Internet Service Provider for e-mail as well, you will need to contact them about how to add an e-mail address to a "whitelist" or "safelist". The address you should be trying to add is
@warpportal.com. This information should be sufficient for the ISP to assist further.
Missing Something?
If one of these methods are not working properly, or you have another provider and are expereincing issues, you can always
contact us for further help!
