To request an Account Investigation, and possible data restoration, please Submit a Ticket with all of the following information:
- Your request [i.e. hacking investigation]:
- The Account ID:
- The email address which the account is registered:
- Personal account information, including:
- Name registered to account:
- Phone Number:
- Zip Code:
- Date of Birth:
- Mother’s Maiden Name:
- Characters affected:
- Approximate date of the loss:
- A brief list of items found missing: Please include all Refines and Gems
- (Please do not abbreviate item names and provide exact item names)
If any information is incorrect or omitted, your request will not be accepted and the account will not be investigated.
Keep in mind that Gravity Interactive does not in any way support the practice of account sharing. This includes but is not limited to the sharing of account log in information with any other parties or the temporary "lending" of traded items. Items lost as a result of account sharing are typically not eligible for restoration.
Furthermore, users whom decide to continue playing and using their account before or after submitting their restoration request may become ineligible for account data restoration. However, in such a case, an investigation may still proceed to take actions against the persons whom have committed an unauthorized access.
Please be aware that we can only offer to restore the data on accounts for a limited period of time after the incident of illegal account access, which is approximately two months in most cases. Please also be aware that the Warp Portal Support Team reserves the right to: refuse, provide, modify, or limit the restoration as appropriate and as deemed necessary for any reason at any time.
All decisions are absolutely final.
