I haven't received my Item Mall points from my Steam Wallet Purchase!
If you haven't received your Item Mall points yet, the best thing you can do is submit a ticket
along with Proof of Purchase (a receipt or screenshot of purchase). We will do our best to restore the points you have bought.
It is important to note though, that when using the Steam client, you must use the Steam client to purchase your items
. There is no need to go to the WarpPortal site to purchase Item Mall points. When this is done, it will result in you not receiving your points! So, just remember to only use Steam to purchase your Item Mall points!
