Facebook Log-In Problems
Currently, we are experiencing some issues with Facebook log-ins. A player will try to log-in and it will crash their game or their characters may not be there. This is potentially being caused by using a Guest Account while a Facebook Account is logged in, and then switching back to the Facebook Account after a player is done with the Guest Account. These errors include being unable to open the game, missing characters and not being able to log into Facebook.
While we are working hard to resolve this issue, here are a few things you can try:
- Uninstall and Reinstall the application. Please keep in mind, that if you use a Guest Account to play, this will wipe all your character data.
- Clear the Data from the Application. (Android Only) To Clear Data, navigate to your Settings > Application Manager > RO Valkyrie > Clear Data. This will make the game seem like a fresh install, and you should be able to log into Facebook and reclaim your characters. If you use a Guest Account to play, this will wipe all your character data.
- Restart your device. At the end of trying each of the above, try restarting the device.
