2. Finally please include a statement that confirms you want a reset to a 1/1 High Novice.
Once we have received the completed information, we will make appropriate changes. Please be aware that all items above are required and none can be omitted.
Please note that we do not offer this service to those who wish to reset their Super Novice Character. This is a service specifically for a Transcendent Class character.
You do not need to give anything from your character or take any precautions. The only thing that will happen to your specified character is that they will be reset to 1/1 High Novice, and no other changes will be made to the account with this process.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the request to be considered, processed, and completed. An E-mail notification bound to the game account will be sent once the request has been completed.
